We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily store operations. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
- Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and product placement to maximize sales.
- Handle cash management, cashiering duties, and POS transactions with accuracy.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate purchasing, and manage stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and performance expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that aligns with company standards.
- Utilize marketing techniques to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management to inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in the equivalent field
- Cannabis Managerial License
- Proven experience in retail sales, store management, or supervisory roles within retail environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to retail settings.
- Competence in negotiation, customer service excellence, and phone etiquette.
