Evaluate compliance within InHouse operations, identify gaps, and partner with internal teams and site leadership to implement corrective actions.
-
Respond to deviations, incidents, and unexpected events, including participating in investigations, identifying root causes, and recommending effective corrective and preventive actions.

Assess hazards associated with ink handling operations, including flammable liquids, chemical exposure, drum and tote handling, and material transfer processes; recommend practical risk reduction measures.
-
Identify, analyze, and report on HSE metrics and trends across multiple locations; provide actionable recommendations to improve program effectiveness.
-
Collaborate with the Regional HSE Manager and Head of InHouse Services to develop and implement targeted safety initiatives and HSE plans for embedded personnel.
-
Develop and deliver HSE training programs tailored to a decentralized workforce; provide on-site coaching and reinforcement where feasible.
-
Act as an HSE resource and liaison for the OFC team and customer facilities, providing guidance while maintaining professional relationships and respecting site-specific policies.
-
Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve processes, with a focus on reducing risk in customer-integrated operations.
-
Conduct safety observations, hazard assessments, and safety culture evaluations, coaching employees and leaders on maintaining safe behaviors and strong operational discipline.
-
Promote a human performance (HOP)-aligned safety culture, recognizing that systems drive behavior and working to identify and improve conditions that influence safe outcomes.
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, environmental sciences, engineering, or a related field.
-
Professional safety certification preferred (e.g., CSP, CHMM, CHSP, CIH, CPE).
-
3-5+ years of experience in HSE roles within manufacturing, chemical handling, or similar environments preferred.
-
Experience working with chemical products, flammable liquids, or ink/packaging operations strongly preferred.
-

-
Proficiency with personal computers, databases, and related software tools required.

-
Demonstrates professionalism, tact, and respect when working within customer environments.
