We are seeking a customer oriented hotel and lounge supervisor who will help ensure hotel guests, customers and staff are happy! A little paperwork too ;)

Salary: $17 per hour
Hotel and Lounge Supervisor Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Supervise bartenders, servers and lounge staff
2. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
3. Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns
4. Monitor lounge cleanliness and appearance
5. Supervise daily operations of hotel and lounge facilities
6. Assist with check-ins and check outs during busy periods
7. Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
8. Check Daily paperwork
