Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist customers by providing information, resolving issues, and answering inquiries effectively
- Perform accurate data entry to record customer interactions and transactions
- Engage in upselling and sales activities to promote products or services
- Identify opportunities for upselling based on customer needs and preferences
- Maintain detailed records of conversations and transactions for quality assurance
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and achieve team goals
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent customer experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, call center operations, or related fields is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately under pressure
- Analysis skills to interpret customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or products
- Sales experience or aptitude for upselling is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
