We are hiring an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Worker to help our team with Commercial/light industrial HVAC installations, repair, maintenance, and service, working individually and as part of a team, in the Lower Mainland.
The ideal candidate is diverse in their skills, who also has the ability, experience, and flexibility to work off-site with the installation team or on their own, as well as the ability to help at our Surrey office as part of our shop fabrication team when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Sheet Metal Journeyman (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum (4) years hands-on HVAC industry experience
- Leadership/ supervisory experience is considered an asset
- Valid BC drivers license with ability to commute to various job sites
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Safety conscience individual who respects and adheres to all safety measures
- Strong work ethic with impressive mechanical problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Capable of mentoring and aiding the development of junior apprentices
- Positive and professional attitude with dedication to quality
- Desire to continue to grow, develop and learn new skills, further honing your craft
