Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various commercial spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have prior custodial experience and a strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering high-quality cleaning services in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial buildings
- Clean restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas according to company standards
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable with good time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain high standards of cleanliness
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
