Lead Hand – Weekend Shifts
Full time position for experienced Lead Hand to oversee and work a production line. This position is responsible to coordinate the repairs and monitor the flow of work to meet with daily and weekly production targets.
Hourly Wage:
$22.00/hr. to start plus paid benefits for the employee after 3 months continuous employment
Shift Schedule
- 6:00am to 6:00pm - Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Responsibilities
· Coordinate repairs and monitor workflow to ensure daily/weekly targets are met
· Inspects products for deficiencies, assign team to repair according to standards
· Works the line ensuring producing targets are met, responsible for line oversight
· Meets with hourly and daily production quotas; reports any machinery problems
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in production or manufacturing is required
· Previous supervisory experience is an asset
· Strong interpersonal skills to guide to workforce
· Experience working in a fast- paced environment meeting with shifting priorities
· Physical strength and endurance to be on your feet the whole shift
· Good hand-eye coordination
· Some experience and responsibility for work- flow
