Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, primarily children, applying the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis.
Duties
- Implement behavior intervention strategies to address specific goals
- Collect data on behaviour intervention strategies and skill acquisition programs
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client sessions and progress
- Utilize research-based techniques to support positive behavioral changes
Experience
- Experience working with children in a behavioral health setting is preferred
- Knowledge of special education practices and pediatric care is beneficial
- Familiarity with data collection methods for tracking progress
- Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Previous experience in a hospital or patient care environment is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
