Our Supply Chain Management team is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Coordinator (Production Controller) to join our team in Calgary. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will use your knowledge of supply processes to assist the department in scheduling work projects both internally and to external vendors to support daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare work package documentation for repairable items on a variety of custom software platforms.
- Perform packaging and shipping documentation for outgoing packages, along with the physical packaging and movement of items.
- Provide back-up support for customs paperwork and transportation logistics.
- Liaise with a broad range of staff and vendors either in person or by email to ensure the correct parts are being supplied in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years materiel management (transportation or military related) OR 1-3 years’ experience working in materiel management with applicable post-secondary education in relevant field
- Minimum high school diploma
- Computer literate and proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Customer service focused with strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Canadian Supply experience using the DRMIS (Defense Resource Management Information System (DRMIS)) application.
- Experience with warehouse equipment such as lifts, and/or willingness to use lift equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted on an infrequent basis.
- Substantial knowledge of warehouse process would be a plus.
