We are seeking a motivated, career-oriented individual for the position of Service Advisor at our flagship Nissan Dealership in Mount Pearl.
As the Service Advisor, you report to the Front-End Service Manager and will assist in all areas including but not limited to:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs required, utilizing your mechanical knowledge to enhance customer understanding.
- Prepare accurate estimates for services and repairs while effectively upselling additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
- Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on vehicle status and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial exchanges.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Stay informed about dealership promotions, new products, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dealership setting is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Sales experience is beneficial, particularly in upselling automotive services or products
- Proficient cash handling skills and attention to detail in financial transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interactions.
- Must be able to provide a clean code of conduct and drivers abstract
