We aim to provide quick-service food that is interesting, delicious, and healthy all in one go.
We are always looking for ways to minimize our ecological impact. Our fibreware salad packaging is 100% compostable, and our smoothie cups and other wrapping is plant-based and free of petroleum products.
The Job:
Marci’s is looking for Full-Time Kitchen Manager at our Uptown Saint John location. This position is best suited for someone energetic, creative, detail oriented, and interested in working with a Company that supports their interest in delicious whole foods, community engagement and sustainability. If you are a self-starter who strongly values collaboration, healthy living, and strives to positively impact people and the environment, then Marci’s is the place for you. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare salad orders
- Prepare work station with ingredients
- Participate in the general maintenance of the kitchen/restaurant
- Manage wholesale order preparation
- Delegate kitchen preparation duties as necessary; ensure kitchen is operating efficiently and that items are properly prioritized
- Keep your workstation clean and organized
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- All other related tasks

Requirements:
- Teamwork and good communication skills are required

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
