Job description
Responsibilities, Duties, Skills and Qualifications:
Equivalent working experience · Minimum of 1-year experience working as waiter/waitress in a café/restaurant/kitchen environment.
Make and serve hot and cold specialty beverages in a timely manner ·
Preparing coffee based drinks, smoothies, milkshakes etc.
Serving cheesecakes and other pastries.
Answering customer questions/concerns about our products.·
Multitask between using a POS system and serving ready made food items ·
Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation during your shift (includes cleaning tables, emptying trash) · Follow and adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines ·
Be punctual and presentable · Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers ·
Flexibility to work rotating shifts from 9am – 9pm
Strong communication skills in English and Persian
Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment ·
Fast learner, energetic, friendly, and possesses excellent customer service ·
Ability to lift up to 25lbs and stand for long periods of time ·
Food Handler Certification (asset only)
