Physiotherapist / Resident Physiotherapist (Part-Time – 2 Days/Week)
Location: Yonge & Steeles, Toronto, ON
Compensation: $35 – $45 per hour + Commission / Profit Sharing

We are a busy, well-established multidisciplinary clinic located at Yonge & Steeles, serving a high volume of patients through OHIP and private services. In addition to physiotherapy, we provide braces, compression stockings, and custom orthotics, offering excellent opportunities for practitioners to grow their income and clinical experience.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Physiotherapist or Resident Physiotherapist to join our team 2 days per week. This role is ideal for someone who is clinically strong, business-minded, and eager to build a loyal patient base while benefiting from commission-based income opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation
- Educate patients on injury prevention and recovery strategies
- Recommend and support the sale of braces, compression stockings, and orthotics where appropriate
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Deliver excellent patient care and build long-term relationships
Qualifications
- Registered Physiotherapist or Resident Physiotherapist in Ontario
- In good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on patient outcomes
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to grow within the clinic
