Job Summary
Cedarbrae Veterinary Clinic is seeking a cheerful and motivated animal-lover for a full time, permanent Client Care Representative position. We are a 3 doctor, CVO accredited companion animal hospital that focuses on dogs, cats, bunnies, and small mammals. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to bettering the lives of clients and patients alike.
Responsibilities and Duties
-Answering calls, booking appointments, submitting insurance claims, following up on patients and contacting clients for reminders, able to correspond with clients in person, by phone and email.
-Serve as a liaison between doctors, and clients.
-Data entry, transcribing and maintaining electronic patient files in accordance with CVO regulations.
-Handling payments, balancing end of day and closing interac machine.
-Submitting vet purchasing orders and daily inventory
Qualifications and Skills
-Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
-Positive attitude, friendly, and a problem solver.
-Able to multi-task and strong attention to detail.
-Able to work well in a team setting.
-Knowledge of general office equipment and Microsoft Office
-Flexible schedule, as weekend/late shifts will be required
-Previous Veterinary Clinic and Avimark experience an asset
