Position Title: Registered Behavour Analyst (RBA)
Position Type: Part-time 5-15 hours per week
Location: Southwestern Ontario, primarily serving the Halton and London areas
Wage: Competitive wages start between $47.00 - $77.00 per hour based on professional experience, education, and personality qualities.
Posting Summary:
The RBA will provide clinical leadership and behavioural consultation to children and families with a focus on supporting individuals with autism and other neurodiversities. The successful candidate will provide services in accordance with applicable College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) requirements, professional standards and ethical obligations. They will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing individualized behavioural programming, monitoring progress, and providing training and support to families, caregivers, and front-line staff.
This role is well suited to an experienced behaviour analyst who is comfortable working independently, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams, and providing clinical leadership to front-line staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of behaviour and behavioural function
- Develop individualized care plans and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) teaching programs
- Establish measurable treatment goals and appropriate data collection systems
- Analyze client data and modify programs based on progress and clinical outcomes
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based interventions for challenging behaviours
- Provide clinical direction, consultation, modelling, coaching and training to families, caregivers, and front-line staff
- Monitor program implementation and fidelity
- Collaborate with families, staff, schools, and other professionals as appropriateMaintain timely, accurate and objective clinical documentation and case notes
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain current knowledge of ABA research, evidence-based practices, and professional requirements
- Practice within scope of competence and seek consultation or supervision when required
- Maintain client dignity, autonomy, privacy and safety
Qualifications:
- Current RBA certification and in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RBA/BCBA working with children with autism and other neurodiversities
- Strong competence in ABA, assessments, intervention, and data analysis
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing individualized care plans and skill acquisition programs
- Experience training and coaching caregivers, families, and front-line staff
- Strong understanding and application of professional ethics, clinical documentation requirements, and scope of practice
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and flexibility
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Current SMG or other crisis prevention/management training, or willingness to obtain
- Successful criminal record and vulnerable sector screening
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario
- Professional liability insurance, or willingness and ability to obtain and maintain coverage
- Proficient in the use of computers, Google Workspace, and online platforms required for communication, documentation, and service delivery
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated commitment to working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Working Conditions
- RBAs manage their own schedules and caseloads in accordance with client and organizational needs. Hours of work may occasionally fall outside of regular office hours.
- Work is provided across a variety of settings, which may include client homes, community settings, organizational locations, and virtual environments.
- Regular travel throughout Southwestern Ontario may be required.
- At times, work may be physical in nature and may include bending, sitting on the floor, crouching, light lifting, and the use of approved safety or crisis management techniques.
- RBAs are required to have access to a reliable computer or laptop suitable for completing work-related documentation, communication, and virtual service delivery.
