As a Team Member at our Power Center Tim Hortons, you’ll be part of a fast‑moving, supportive team that keeps guests happy and operations running smoothly. You’ll work across drive‑thru, front counter, and production stations to deliver friendly, accurate service every shift.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver fast, accurate drive‑thru service — Take guest orders clearly, assemble items quickly, and keep the line moving during peak periods.
- Prepare high‑quality beverages — Make coffee, tea, espresso drinks, and cold beverages to Tim Hortons standards every time.
- Build fresh, consistent food items — Assemble sandwiches, wraps, baked goods, and lunch items with speed and precision.
- Create a positive guest experience — Greet guests warmly, handle concerns professionally, and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety — Keep stations stocked, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift.
- Work as part of a high‑performing team — Communicate clearly, support teammates, and help the store run efficiently.
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and consistent work habits
- Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment and handling multiple tasks at once
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new stations
- Ability to follow food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Previous quick‑service or customer service experience is an asset but not required
