- Command an orchestra of payment types – room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and room service orders – turning concerns into smiles.
- Be the star communicator, coordinating with the overnight crew for a seamless guest experience.
- Navigate nightly reports, balancing duties with the precision of an accounting wizard.
- Complete cashier and closing reports, ensuring they dance in harmony with Accounting specifications.
- Embrace the night guardian role, adhering to safety policies, and reporting any nocturnal adventures to the manager.
- Greet guests with a moonlit smile, offering assistance and anticipating their needs with genuine appreciation.
- Flex your tech muscles with computer skills – FSPMS, MARSHA, GUESTWARE, and MICROS are your enchanted tools.
- Multi-task like a pro, handling various transactions simultaneously and keeping the night magic alive.
