We are seeking an energetic, organized, and passionate Taekwondo Studio Manager & Instructor to lead our growing academy. This unique dual role requires a skilled martial artist who can both inspire students on the mats and drive business growth off the mats. You will split your time between leading high-energy Taekwondo classes and overseeing daily studio operations, sales, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Instruction: Lead and teach safe, structured, and high-energy Taekwondo classes for children, teens, and adults.
Drive Revenue: Handle follow up on leads, and class trial students.
Member Retention: Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Daily Operations: Manage the class schedule, oversee front-desk administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo (WTF). 2+ years of teaching experience. Strong communication skills. Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) required prior to hiring.
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
