We're seeking an experienced early childhood educator who thrives working with toddlers (ages 19 months - 3 years). This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the most formative years of child development.
What we're looking for:
- Level 1, 2 or 3 Early Childhood Education certification
- Experience working with toddlers in their crucial developmental stage
- A nurturing approach that supports each child's individual growth
- Strong demonstrated ability to observe children and plan activities based on their interests
- Strong communication skills with colleagues and families
- Enthusiasm for creating engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
- FLIGHT training is an asset

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage: $20.14 - $29.00, based on qualifications and experience, inclusive of wage top-ups.
- Comprehensive benefits package (after three months), including:

- Paid sick leave: 3 days in the first year, increasing to 4.5 days after one year.

- Early closures four times a year for staff meetings and room organization.
