Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both commercial and DIY customers
- Diagnose customer needs and recommend appropriate automotive solutions
- Source parts through internal and external supplier networks
- Maintain store presentation and inventory accuracy
- Support stock handling, returns, and cycle counts
- Safely operate company vehicles for deliveries when required
- Perform key holder duties, including opening/closing the store
- Support additional operational responsibilities as assigned
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of automotive sales or parts experience
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts
- Customer-focused with solid problem-solving skills
- Retail or inventory management experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic mathematical ability with accuracy
