We are looking for an experienced front-end person who can work unsupervised as well as be a team player. We are a fast-paced, busy, high-end retail shop.
Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer service to our clients.
- Maintain a database of our orders.
- Help maintain a beautiful front display for the store.
- Co-ordinating deliveries.
- Receiving orders over the phone, email or in person.
- Receiving and processing goods on a daily basis.
- Maintain a clean store, and help with cleaning duties at the end of the day.
- Wrapping and packing deliveries to go out.
- General help at the store.
- Reaching out to customers via text.
- Help with the social media.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience
- 55 WPM minimum
- Excellent communication skills.
- Multi-tasking, able to work under pressure
- Handle multiple phone lines
- Quickbooks Proficiency.
- Weekend availability is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
