Job Summary:
The Senior Director of Purebread will be instrumental in our expansion, leading the charge in operational management, financial management, strategic marketing, and overall execution of the company’s vision. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in scaling businesses, exceptional people and operational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity and quality of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision and Execution: Working with C-Suite to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for national expansion, including market analysis, location selection, and brand positioning. Lead the company through significant growth while maintaining core values and quality standards.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational aspects, ensuring that each location operates at peak efficiency. Focus on building scalable systems and processes to maintain quality across all locations and support rapid growth,
- Financial Management and Growth: Drive the company’s financial performance, including revenue growth and profitability. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and investment strategies to support expansion plans.
- Marketing and Brand Expansion: With support of the marketing leadership, lead innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty. Spearhead national marketing campaigns and assess their effectiveness in increasing market share.
- Leadership and Organizational Culture Development: Build and manage a high-caliber executive team capable of supporting rapid growth. Promote a positive culture of high performance, continuous learning, inclusivity, and adaptability within the organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Public Relations: Engage with external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and the media, to enhance the company’s public profile and build relationships that support business objectives.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure that all locations adhere to the highest standards of quality, customer service, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of senior leadership experience in the hospitality, retail, or food service industry, with a significant portion of that time spent in a multi-unit operational role.
- Demonstrated ability in leading a company through significant growth and expansion.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing large budgets and making data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of developing strong teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Superior communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively to oversee expansion efforts and manage operations across multiple locations.
