Physiotherapist Content Creator – Scoliosis Workout & Mobility Program
We are looking for a confident, knowledgeable, and camera-friendly Physiotherapist to help design and film high-quality guided workout and mobility routines for an online health and movement program.
Our first major project is the creation of a scoliosis-focused movement program. This role will involve helping build the exercise structure and filming a year’s worth of follow-along content, primarily 15–20 minute workout, mobility, strength, posture, and body awareness routines.
This is not a lecture-based course or a set of educational lessons/modules. The main content will be guided movement routines where viewers can follow along, receive clear cues, understand proper form, and safely progress through exercises.
The ideal candidate is a licensed Physiotherapist who is comfortable designing structured rehabilitation-style exercise programming, speaking on camera, explaining movements clearly, and demonstrating exercises in a professional, approachable, and engaging way.
Responsibilities
- Develop a complete scoliosis-focused exercise and mobility program from the ground up
- Structure the program into clear phases, exercise progressions, and follow-along routines
- Design 15–20 minute guided workout, mobility, strength, posture, and movement routines
- Clearly explain exercises, modifications, safety considerations, and progression options
- Demonstrate exercises with proper form and professional guidance
- Speak confidently and naturally on camera while guiding viewers through each routine
- Collaborate with our team to organize the program into a clear, user-friendly experience
- Ensure all routines are accurate, responsible, and aligned with physiotherapy best practices
- Help make the content feel safe, accessible, and easy to follow for people looking to improve movement, posture, strength, mobility, and body awareness
- Potentially contribute to future programs for other audiences, such as equestrians, people with flat feet, posture-focused clients, mobility programs, and more
Requirements
- Licensed Physiotherapist or equivalent professional qualification
- Strong understanding of scoliosis, posture, movement mechanics, rehabilitation, strength, and mobility
- Experience designing treatment plans, exercise programs, rehabilitation programming, or movement-based routines
- Comfortable being filmed and speaking directly to camera
- Ability to explain movement instructions in a simple, accessible way
- Comfortable demonstrating exercises and guiding follow-along routines
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Experience creating video content, online programs, social media content, or UGC-style content is a strong asset
- Experience working with scoliosis clients is highly preferred
Ideal Candidate
You are both clinically knowledgeable and personable on camera. You can take a specialized topic like scoliosis and turn it into a structured, easy-to-follow movement program that feels professional, safe, and approachable.
You understand how to build progression-based exercise routines, explain the purpose behind each movement, and guide viewers through workouts with clear instruction and thoughtful cueing. You are comfortable demonstrating exercises, speaking naturally on camera, and helping viewers understand how to move safely and effectively.
This role would be a great fit for a Physiotherapist who enjoys movement coaching, exercise programming, online health content, rehabilitation-style workouts, mobility training, and helping people feel more confident in their bodies.
Project Scope
The first project will focus on creating a complete scoliosis movement program with a full year of content. This will include exercise selection, routine structure, progression planning, safety guidance, and a large volume of filmed 15–20 minute workout and mobility routines.
If the first project is successful, there will be opportunities to work on additional programs, including content for equestrians, people with flat feet, posture improvement, mobility, injury prevention, and other specialized movement topics.
