Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Managers and Supervisors, Front of House and Culinary to oversee our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and exceptional leadership skills to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high-quality food and excellent customer service
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Implement and maintain restaurant policies and procedures
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation and safety standards
- Manage cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and management practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Experience with bartending is a plus
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
