About The Role:
We continue to expand our packaging capability and are looking for 2 experienced Packaging Operators to join our team. The role, reporting directly to the Packaging Manager, is a key function within our production team. The role can be broken down into these key responsibilities.
- Ensuring consistent and quality filling of canned product
- Ensuring a clean and organised packaging area
- Oversee packaging team as team lead when on shift

Key Job Responsibilities
- Operate canning line independently with little to no supervision
- Accountable for the smooth running of the packaging line.
- Ensure packaging is completed on schedule provided
- Ensure packaging area is clean, tidy and organised at all times
- Keg and can finished beverages per product requirements
- Prepare, check and sign off on packaging for shipping
- Identify, raise up and implement approved opportunities for improvements and efficiency gains
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues when they arise
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in a packaging operator or equivalent function
- Secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Able to demonstrate ability to use filler equipment
- Experience with pasteurisation an asset
- Previous team lead experience preferred
- Passion for beer and beverage industry and producing quality products
