We are looking for a Landscape Construction Foreperson who is ready to take ownership of projects, lead a small crew, and grow their career with No Limit Landscaping.
Office Location: Burnaby, BC (projects across Metro Vancouver)
Salary: $68,000 – $78,000 per year, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Landscape Construction Foreperson, you’ll lead a team of 2–4 skilled tradespeople, delivering residential landscapes with craftsmanship and efficiency.
1. Hardscape Responsibilities:
- Installing patios, stairs, retaining walls, paver driveways, fences, and stone masonry
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and plans
- Operating and maintaining equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and saws
- Knowledge and ability to apply construction math on site, including slope calculations
2. Softscape Responsibilities:
- Installing water features, artificial turf, sod, and plantings
- Maintaining and finishing landscape features to a high standard
3. Leadership & Administration Responsibilities:
- Leading, mentoring, and reviewing crew performance to ensure quality and efficiency
- Providing coaching and guidance to team members to help them grow in the trade
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as tracking labor hours, documenting project progress, and reporting to the project manager
4. General Duties:
- Managing site logistics, timelines, and daily operations
- Ensuring clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Collaborating closely with the project manager and clients
- Supporting snow removal operations during winter to keep properties safe
Who you are:
- 3+ years in landscape construction (hardscape and softscape experience preferred)
- 3+ years of leadership or foreperson experience
- Skilled in pavers, stone masonry, retaining walls, and other hardscape elements
- Experience installing water features, artificial turf, sod, and softscape plantings
- Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and saws
- Ability to assess team performance, provide constructive feedback, and mentor crew members
- Comfortable handling basic administrative responsibilities related to project tracking and reporting
- Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license
- Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work outdoors year-round in all conditions
- Basic digital literacy for time tracking and communication apps
Bonus Skills:
- Experience using Asana, or Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Physical Outdoor Work Expectations:
This is a physically active role requiring lifting, bending, and working outdoors in all weather conditions across Metro Vancouver.
