The Role
We’re hiring a Brewer & Cellar Person to support all aspects of production. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with brewing experience or a strong cellar background who’s ready to grow within a fast-paced, quality-focused brewery.
You’ll work closely with the Head Brewer and production team on everything from brewing and fermentation to packaging and warehouse organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Wort production and brewhouse operations
- Cellar work: dry hopping, transfers, carbonation, tank management
- CIP and strict adherence to cleaning and sanitation protocols
- Yeast handling and basic lab work (counts, viability, etc.)
- Packaging support (canning line, kegging, quality checks)
- Inventory tracking and raw material handling
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production environment
- Assisting with continuous improvement of brewing processes
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years brewery experience (or strong relevant production experience)
- Solid understanding of brewing fundamentals and cellar practices
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Physically capable of lifting 25kg+ and being on your feet all day
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Formal brewing education is an asset but not required
