Overview
The Senior Executive Assistant to the President & CEO serves as a trusted advisor and key administrative resouce, providing high-leveled support to the President & CEO while coordinating strategic initiatives across the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enviroment.
Responsibilities.
- Manage and maintain the President & CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize scheduling requests and ensure effective use of executive time.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to communications on behalf of the President & CEO where appropriate.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including leadership meetings, board meetings, and client engagements.
Strategic Coordination
- Track and monitor key corporate initiatives, projects, and action items.
- Follow up with leadership team member to ensure deadlines, commitments, and deliverables are achieved.
- Maintain executive dashboards and organizational performance reports.
- Assist with annual planning, budgeting, goal setting, and strategic projects.
Leadership Team Support
- Coordinate leadership meetings and document key decisions and action items.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and follow up communications.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration
Client & Stakeholder Relations
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining and strengthening key business relationships.
- Coordinate executive participation in industry events, conferences, and community initiatives.
Confidentiality & Administration
- Handle sensitive and confidential business information with the highest degree of discretion.
- Maintain corporate records, executive files, and important documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company polices and administrative procedures.
Special Projects
- Lead or assist with projects assigned by the President & CEO
- Research opportunities, prepare recommendations and coordinate implementation plans.
- Support company events, employee initiatives, and charitable activities.
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience supporting senior executives is considered a strong asset.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
