We're hiring experienced tractor operators for our 22nd winter.
Capital Services is a family-owned and operated residential snow removal and lawn care company based in Stittsville. For over 20 years, we’ve been serving our neighbours in Kanata South & Stittsville with a quality-first approach. Smaller by design means tighter routes, faster service, and a whole lot of respect for our A-team who get up at 3AM to make sure our clients can get to work in the morning.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate a John Deere 6 Series or Kubota L6060 tractor with Cyclone blower to clear residential driveways.
- Take ownership of your route, keeping driveways cleared in a timely manner.
- Work with dispatchers, supervisors, and fellow operators to deliver consistent, top-quality service.
- Make timely repeat trips after City plows pass.
- Follow safety practices and respect both private and public property.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of residential snow removal experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from our Stittsville shop.
- Reliable, punctual, and receptive to direction and feedback.
- Comfortable with long hours and challenging weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
- Available 24/7 during snow events from November 1 to April 1.
