We are looking for General Laborers, Truss Builders and Equipment Operators to join our awesome production team !

WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a truss builder, you will be building and assembling wooden roof trusses in a fast-paced work environment, including installing plates, stacking, banding, and working on a fantastic team of 2 to 4 people.
As a general labour/operator, you will be operating our automated truss stacking equipment, doing quality checks, banding trusses, and working with our lead hands and forklift operators to ensure a smooth flow in production.
This is a physical job and requires getting on and off a building table, lifting wood repeatedly, and bending over often. This position is 7am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE: Experience reading a tape measure, using a hammer, and using power tools preferred. A positive attitude and willingness to take on whatever is in front of you. You will be punctual and reliable. You have the ability to work in a fast paced work environment and keep up with targets and deadlines. Carpentry skills, framing experience or experience working with wood preferred. An interest in technology would be an asset in this position as there is a chance to learn and work with our lasers and auto jigging.
