We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our Surrey team.
Position Overview
The Office Administrator plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Surrey office. This position combines office administration, customer service, project coordination, and operational support to help ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the office each day
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and voicemails
- Welcome and assist customers and visitors
- Manage general administrative and clerical tasks
- Schedule meetings and follow up on action items
- Coordinate with third-party service providers, including internet and phone vendors
- Order, track, and maintain office supplies
- Submit receipts and supporting documentation to accounting
- Maintain organized filing systems and office records
- Assist with light office cleaning and general workplace organization
- Assist with internal projects using Microsoft 365 and Monday.com
- Communicate regularly with the Calgary Head Office
- Maintain and organize sample inventory
- Support special projects and operational initiatives as required
- Assist with community events, registration nights, and promotional activations
- Provide production support, including heat pressing and vinyl cutting when required
- Help prepare materials and products for events and customer orders
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, counting, organizing, and preparing products for shipment
- Support inventory organization and stock management
- Safely lift and move boxes weighing between 5 and 30 pounds as required
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle

Education
- Secondary School Diploma preferred
Experience
- Administrative Experience: 1 year preferred
Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
Licence/Certification:
- Class 5 Driving Licence (required)
Work Location: In person
