Our crews install and repair TPO, EPDM, SBS, BUR, and various roofing systems on projects ranging from service work to large-scale replacements.
Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Commercial Flat Roofer to join our dedicated team in Canada. Based in Calgary, this role is vital in ensuring the delivery of top-quality roofing projects that align with our company's values of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain flat roofing systems on commercial buildings using hand tools and construction techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.
- Use caulking and other sealing methods to ensure waterproofing integrity.
- Lift heavy materials safely and efficiently during installation.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to high standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients when necessary.
- Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial flat roofing experience.
- Experience with TPO, EPDM, SBS, or BUR systems.
- Proficiency with hand tools, blueprint reading, and caulking techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and
- Ability to work safely at heights.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Valid safety certifications or willingness to obtain them.
