The Loblaw Supply Chain is the heart of our business and is committed to making customers our number one priority. As a member of our dynamic Supply Chain network, you will play a role in ensuring our product – nearly 1billion units of it – makes its way from one of our 3,000 vendors, through one of our 27 distribution centres, to one of our 2,300 locations across Canada, and into the homes of millions of Canadians each year. As a part of the Replenishment Optimization team, you will use sophisticated process optimization techniques, to find opportunities, develop solutions and integrate them into our core business processes. Our co-op program touches all aspects of replenishment including forecasting, inventory optimization, operations management, and reporting and analytics. What you’ll do:
Provide reporting solutions to support business performance
Provide analytical insight from large volumes of data to drive efficiency within the supply chain team
Support the decision-making process through the efficient mix of descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics
Create supply chain reports (SOPs, job aids, flow charts, etc.)
Act as a point of contact for reporting questions and issues

What you’ll need:
Post-secondary education in relatable field
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have strong digital literacy. Proficient in MS Excel, Access.
Experience with SAS and SQL is an asset
Shown experience working with large data sets, crafting robust reports
Confident Interpersonal Skills
