Shaye Lily Jewelry is seeking an experienced, motivated Jewelry Retail Manager to oversee daily studio operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role combines hands-on leadership, customer service, team management, and creative social media input.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading day-to-day retail operations and keeping everything running smoothly and overseeing all daily tasks to be carried out
- Exceptional customer service and providing a unique experience for every guest
- Making sure every custom piece is assembled perfectly
- Training, scheduling, and supporting the retail team whilst being a positive role model and having a motivated, can- do attitude!
- Keeping the studio organized, welcoming, and aesthetically on brand
- Capturing fun, engaging social content (photos, videos, Reels, TikToks) in-studio
- Bringing fresh ideas to help grow the Shaye Lily Jewelry community in Victoria
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are a natural leader with a positive, can-do attitude who works cohesively with their team
- Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Balances customer service, team leadership, and administrative tasks smoothly
- Feel confident creating and directing social media content
- Have an eye for aesthetics and branding
- Have management, retail, or jewelry making experience (a plus!)
