About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll be the face of our store—helping customers find what they need, providing exceptional service, and ensuring every shopping experience is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
- Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information and advice
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
- Restock shelves, ensure displays are organized, and merchandise is presented attractively
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns in a professional manner
- Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales goals
- Keep the store clean, safe, and welcoming for all customers
- Receive and process inventory
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for helping others
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [X lbs]
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays\
- Previous experience with computers and data entry
