Body Polish Day Spa is looking for a polished, professional, and friendly Receptionist to join our award-winning team.
We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, genuinely enjoys helping people, and can keep calm when things get busy. If you are organized, computer-savvy, detail-oriented, and love creating exceptional client experiences, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule Requirements:
- 1 Day Shift per week (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- 2 Evening Shifts per week
- 1 Weekend Shift per week (couple per month)

- Friendly, warm, and welcoming personality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Quick learner with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Experience in reception, customer service, or the spa/wellness industry is an asset
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting and checking in clients
- Answering phones and managing appointments
- Processing payments and retail sales
- Assisting with daily spa operations
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable client experiences
