We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pool Mechanical Assistant to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. This position is ideal for a mechanically inclined individual with solid plumbing knowledge and hands-on construction experience who is looking to grow in the pool restoration and mechanical services industry.

Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of pool mechanical systems

Apply trade skills including plumbing (required), epoxy coatings, masonry, concrete work, tile repair, soldering, and demolition

Operate construction tools, industrial equipment, and pool automation systems

Support pool water chemistry testing and basic maintenance tasks

Assist project leaders with execution of restoration and mechanical projects

Transport tools, chemicals, and equipment between job sites

Support seasonal pool opening and closing operations across the GTA

Plumbing knowledge/experience is required

Canadian citizen or valid work visa with SIN

Physically fit and able to perform demanding, hands-on work

Prior mechanical, construction, or pool-related experience required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and technically inclined

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Valid G-Class driver’s license, clean driving abstract, and 25+ years old (insurance requirement)

Dependable, bondable, and committed to workplace safety

Full-time seasonal position with a 6-day work week during peak seasons (April–early July and mid-August–October)

Early start times (6:30–7:00 AM) at various GTA job sites

Weekly head office meetings
