Job Description:
We are hiring two full-time Line Cook / Prep Cook positions. Candidates must have previous experience in both line cooking and prep work, or be highly motivated and willing to learn. The ideal team members are passionate about food, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and perform general prep work for daily menu items.
- Cook menu items to recipe specifications in a timely and consistent manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Be adaptable to changing priorities and kitchen needs.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a line cook and prep cook preferred, but willingness to be trained is essential.
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
