We are looking for a skilled and professional Full-Time Barber to join our team in Gastown, Vancouver. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of barbering experience, delivers excellent customer service, and is confident performing a variety of men's haircuts, including clean and modern skin fades.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality barbering services to clients.
- Perform skin fades, taper fades, classic cuts, scissor cuts, beard trims, and other men's grooming services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every client.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional barbering experience.
- Strong skills in skin fades and a wide range of men's haircut styles.
- Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and understood).
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Available to work full-time, including weekends if required.
Compensation
- Full-time position.
