Set up and optimize CNC machines, including CNC lathes, for production, changeovers, trials, and new product launches.
Install, adjust, and troubleshoot tooling, fixtures, chucks, clamping systems, and other machine components to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Diagnose and resolve machine, tooling, process, and quality issues while working closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to minimize downtime.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, cycle time reduction, tooling improvements, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Assist with CNC program validation, setup documentation, work instructions, and other production-related activities as required.
