As a Store Manager with Ricki’s you’ll be responsible for creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers shopping with us in store. Partnering with the Store Manager you will lead all aspects of the store’s business and support day to day operations.

How You’ll Contribute
- Store Managers in Training are responsible for maintaining all aspects of day to day store operations including achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and overall team leadership. Store Managers in Training also oversee business operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Drive business results through coaching and encouraging customer focused sales associates and leaders
- Promote the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values
- Oversee store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties
- Execute all merchandising, marketing and visual presentation aspects of the store according to our standards and directives
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers
- Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness
- Provide leadership to the store team; providing guidance, coaching and training to your team so they can achieve great results
- Creating a positive work environment that embodies our values
Who You Are
- Experienced retail supervisor who is able to motivate, train and coach others to success
- Holds strong retail and business acumen
- Has excellent sales skills and is committed to ensuring amazing customer experiences
- Committed to teamwork and can apply our philosophy that “none of us is as good as all of us”
- Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
- Has flexible availability; Assistant Managers work a combination of daytime, evening and weekend shifts
