IZCO Technology Solutions is seeking a Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in our vibrant, fast-paced Campbell River office. This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00) for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow with a technology-driven company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both numbers and technology, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to build a long-term career in a modern, cloud-first business.
About the Role
You will be a key part of our day-to-day operations, supporting both our financial processes and front-office administration. This role offers variety, responsibility, and opportunities to grow as our company continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phones and greeting clients
- Ordering, receiving, and tracking inventory
- Recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Handling payroll and related remittances
- Processing CRA, GST, and payroll remittances
- Assisting with year-end financial processes
- Maintaining organized electronic filing systems
- Communicating with clients to understand needs and accurately document issues

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage of $20–$30, based on experience
