Job Description – Guest Experience & Styling Assistant (Seasonal)
Canada’s top name in luxury real estate rentals is looking for Guest Experience & Styling Assistant to join our growing and dynamic team!
Jayne’s is a luxury vacation rental company offering a curated collection of high-end properties, paired with a fully managed, hotel-level guest experience. We operate as a decentralized 5-star hotel, combining the privacy of a cottage with the consistency, service, and attention to detail of a premium hospitality brand. From in-cottage experiences and concierge services to housekeeping and guest care, every detail is thoughtfully managed to deliver a seamless stay. Our portfolio consists of 300+ properties across Muskoka/Toronto/Collingwood/Creemore and the Kawarthas.
Working at the forefront of our guest journey, our Concierge Team works with our guests before, during and after their stay to ensure a seamless, customized and memorable experience.
We are looking for a colleague who:

- Is organized and proficient in using and updating spreadsheets to monitor product inventory
- Keen attention to detail

- Is a positive and hard-working individual that can assist in providing luxury service to our guests before, during and after their stay
- Can identify opportunities to elevate our brand and enhance the guest experience

- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change and can multi-task efficiently

What You will be Doing:
- Operating in the Arrival’s Room, with a priority in floral arranging and charcuterie board making
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience through additional products and services while elevating our brand
- Other ad hoc requests as needed
- Creating floral arrangements for each reservation (one or more per property depending on the value of the booking, using a combination of larger vases and bud vases)
- Sourcing and ordering flowers from local flower farms
- Managing cut flower inventory and minimizing waste
- Managing our vase inventory
- Prepping and organizing complete arrangements for pickup-delivery
- Maintaining a weekly budget based on volume of arrivals
- Curating and styling charcuterie boards for each reservation (size dependent on value of the reservation)
- Monitoring an inbox to fulfil guest orders for charcuterie boards
- Managing product inventory in a spreadsheet and coordinating with our procurement team for re-ordering as needed
- Ordering and purchasing product as needed
- Maintaining a weekly budget based on volume of arrivals
Essentials:
- Valid G license with reliable transportation, as travel is required for this position
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
