The Program Evaluator will consult with the program submissions team and Senior Management team for all Flight Attendant related programs.
PTIB Standards:
Credential Requirement:
- Relevant credential plus a minimum of two years of occupational experience in career occupations relevant to the program of instruction.
- No credential but a minimum of ten years of occupational experience in a career relevant to the program of instruction.
Educational Background:
- Certificate or Diploma in Flight Attendant Training, Aviation, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a flight attendant or in an aviation safety role.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and in-flight service protocols.
- Experience in curriculum development, training, or education preferred.
- Familiarity with cabin crew training programs, emergency procedures, and aviation safety equipment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with academic and administrative teams.
- Passion for the aviation industry and for preparing students to succeed as flight attendants.
Skills and Competencies:
- Expertise in aviation safety, including emergency landings, fire safety, and first aid.
- Knowledge of customer service excellence in a flight attendant’s role, including dealing with difficult passengers and providing top-tier service.
- Ability to create interactive, scenario-based training exercises that mimic real-world flight conditions.
- Understanding of cultural sensitivity and diversity in global air travel.
- Commitment to student success and mentorship in the aviation field.
Compensation:
- This will be a contract position that will pay $250.00 to $300 Canadian per project
