About Epic Inspired
Founded in 2001, Epic Inspired is an award-winning creative agency specializing in luxury real estate marketing. For over two decades, we’ve partnered with leading developers to create some of North America’s most compelling architectural sales experiences.

We’re looking for an experienced ArchViz Unreal Engine Specialist who is passionate about creating world-class visual experiences and raising the quality bar on every project.
About the Role

Unreal Engine Development
- Create high-quality real-time architectural environments

- Optimize scenes for performance without compromising visual quality

Suggestions beyond the wording
I’d also add a few screening elements to improve candidate quality:
- Ask applicants to include their specific role on each portfolio project (modeling, lighting, materials, rendering, optimization, etc.).
- Request real-time Unreal Engine work, not just rendered stills.
- State that shortlisted candidates will complete a paid technical assessment or live production exercise.
- Mention that experience with large-scale residential and mixed-use developments is preferred, as this aligns closely with your production work and helps filter candidates from gaming or VFX backgrounds.
