We are rapidly growing and looking to add Front desk Support /Administration Assistant who will possess ability to work with clients on daily basis, juggle multiple priorities, and gain trust of all levels of staff within the organization. They will be responsible for providing administrative support with various administrative duties and customer service in our store.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and visitors to the store, answer and referring inquiries
  • Provide administrative support, to keep all the information that is sent to accounting up to date in Quickbooks
  • Organize orders to be placed
  • Order and maintain inventory or the deposit and office supplies
  • Data entry and documentation management as required
  • Other administrative tasks as needed
  • Check Voicemails and make phone calls to confirm appointments with clients and follow up on customers to pick up their orders
  • Make phone calls to customers

Qualifications:

  • College diploma and 2+ years of administrative assistant experience in fast-paced, service-oriented company
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have ability to construct effective sentences, reply in a friendly and professional tone, project enthusiasm and connect in conversation/through the written word.
  • Strong organizational skills necessary, especially under continually changing conditions
  • Reliability and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Customer service skills
  • Knowledge in medical supplies industry
  • Administrative skills, proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office products, i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, word.
  • Quickbooks very important

Job Type: Part-time to eventually be full time on busy months

Salary: $15 per hour

Experience:

  • Administrative Support/Reception: 2 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
