About the Role
We're looking for an incredible human being to join our growing exterior cleaning team.
If you're honest, reliable, hardworking, and show up with a positive attitude, we want to hear from you.
We clean windows, houses, gutters, siding, decks, and other exterior surfaces. The good news? We can teach you the technical side of window cleaning and exterior cleaning. What we can't teach is integrity, a great attitude, and being someone people genuinely enjoy working with.
That's why we're hiring for character first and skills second.
Whether you have years of experience or none at all, if you're motivated, dependable, and excited to learn, you could be exactly who we're looking for.
What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning windows and exterior surfaces for residential and commercial customers.
- Working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Helping create an amazing customer experience from start to finish.
- Working safely with ladders, water-fed pole systems, pressure washing equipment, and other tools (we'll train you).
- Taking pride in transforming properties and making customers smile.
- Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Representing our company with professionalism, friendliness, and integrity.
What We're Looking For

- Comfort working outdoors and staying active throughout the day.

- A valid driver's license is a bonus but not required.
Experience?
Experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, landscaping, construction, customer service, or similar work is great—but it's not required.
We'll happily teach the right person how to clean windows.
We can't teach someone how to be honest, kind, motivated, and dependable.
