Skilled Painters Wanted - Scissor and Boom Ticket REQUIRED
Starting rate for an experienced painter is based on skill level and will be determined after a short trial period. After the trial period, your hourly wage will be set. This could anywhere from $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr. Painters who demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a solid work ethic can earn even more with Piece Work rate options. Earning the equivalent of $35.00 - $55.00+ an hour.
What we want in a skilled painter:
- Strong trim-prep and clean caulking skills, ability to properly fill nail holes
- Ability to brush/roll trim with a clean, smooth spray-like finish
- Excellent wall prep skills for topcoat
- Able to produce clean cut-lines and a smooth rolled surface
- Legally allowed to work in Canada
What you need as an employee:

We don’t have a standard work schedule, but you would be expected to work a full 8-hour day, Monday - Friday. The construction industry is always changing, and so is our work schedule, some projects could require weekends and overtime, and while not mandated, these extra hours are a great way to up your skill level and your income.
