Overview
Duncor Enterprises Inc. is seeking dedicated and hardworking Labourers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall success of improving roads across Ontario. This seasonal position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Execute the daily plan and work sequence, completing construction work in an effective, safety-conscious manner.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or labour-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to travel across Ontario as required by the job site.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions as required by the job site.
