We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Growth Operator to join our innovative startup, focused on scaling B2B SaaS solutions.
We are a 5-person, bootstrapped startup building outbound growth from first principles. This is a net-new role created to bring ownership, structure, and execution discipline to lead generation and growth.
This role is for someone who has repeatedly driven revenue growth under tight constraints, moved fast with incomplete information, and is comfortable being accountable for outcomes rather than activity.
If you optimise funnels but avoid ownership, this role is not for you.

The Challenge
- Audit the business end-to-end
- Identify the fastest path to $1,000,000 ARR

You will be expected to produce a brutal, evidence-backed growth plan, grounded in real market data, competitive benchmarks, and customer behaviour.

What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies tailored to B2B SaaS markets, focusing on scalable customer acquisition channels.
- Design, implement, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms including LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to identify opportunities for feature enhancements that boost user engagement and retention.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), interpret data insights, and iterate on growth tactics for continuous improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, onboarding flows, and outreach campaigns to optimize conversion rates.
- Drive outreach efforts through targeted outreach campaigns, webinars, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
- Leverage technical skills such as quantum engineering knowledge when applicable to develop innovative solutions that differentiate our SaaS offerings.
- Own outcomes tied directly to MRR, CAC, LTV, and payback period
This is a builder role. You will execute, not delegate.

Experience
- Proven track record of hands-on growth management within B2B SaaS startups or scale-ups, demonstrating tangible results in user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and subscription-based revenue streams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms for data tracking and interpretation.
- Experience with digital marketing channels including paid advertising, content marketing, SEO/SEM strategies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with technical concepts such as quantum engineering is a plus, enabling innovative approaches to product development or growth hacking strategies.
